The production of silicone oil accounts for 14% of the country's total, and more than 1000 downstream products have been developed, making it one of the most complete regions in the global organic silicon industry chain.


Technological breakthroughs drive industrial upgrading
Park enterprises use innovation as an engine to promote the high-end transformation of silicone oil products. Jiangxi Xingzemei Organic Silicon Co., Ltd. has adopted the domestically pioneered single tower continuous production process and built the world's largest hydrogen containing silicone oil production line, with an annual output value of over 1 billion yuan; The phenylsilane project of Yuchuang Organic Silicon Co., Ltd. fills the gap in the province, and its by-product acid recovery technology achieves 80% of the by-product recycling in the park, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 190000 tons annually. In 2024, the R&D investment of cluster enterprises reached 519.8 million yuan, 38 new invention patents were added, and more than 10 technical problems such as "polysilazane fiber" and "high-temperature wear-resistant coating for bearings" were overcome, promoting the widespread application of silicone oil in new energy, electronic information and other fields.


Green transformation polishes the ecological foundation
While expanding its scale, Yongxiu County strictly adheres to the environmental protection red line and builds a circular economy system. The Spark Organic Silicon "Cogeneration" project saves approximately 72800 tons of standard coal annually through waste heat recovery technology; Promote green energy such as rooftop photovoltaics in the park, and encourage enterprises to carry out tail gas recovery and zero wastewater discharge transformation. At present, the cluster has 3 national green factories and 4 provincial-level green factories. The energy consumption per unit output is 15% lower than the provincial average, and the utilization rate of by-product resources exceeds 95%. After passing ISO14001 certification, the products have successfully entered well-known home supply chains such as Quanyou and Gujia for the production of environmentally friendly latex mattresses.

To attract more high-quality projects, Yongxiu County has innovated the "Business Environment Direct Train" mechanism, established a 1 billion yuan industrial guidance fund, launched the "Organic Silicon Loan" financial product, and formed a professional assistance team to solve problems such as land use and approval for enterprises. In 2025, 39 new organic silicon projects will be signed in the park, among which the green power direct connection project with a total investment of over 5 billion yuan can supply 800 million kilowatt hours of clean electricity to the industry annually, saving 160 million yuan in electricity bills annually.
