In July 2025, the world's first fully automated continuous production line for silicone oil was officially put into operation in a chemical park in East China. The production line adopts a modular design, which achieves real-time and precise control of raw material ratio, reaction temperature, pressure and other parameters through an intelligent control system. The production efficiency is increased by 40% compared to traditional intermittent processes, and energy consumption is reduced by 25%. According to the project leader, the production line can produce various high-end silicone oil products, including high viscosity dimethyl silicone oil, low volatility vinyl silicone oil, etc. It has passed the supplier audit of multiple internationally renowned enterprises, and the first batch of products will be exported to the European market. Industry experts say that this move marks a crucial step towards intelligent and green development in the field of deep processing of organic silicon in China.
