In Yongxiu County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, a digital driven industrial transformation is reshaping the Chinese organic silicon landscape. In September 2025, the Jiangxi Province Organic Silicon "Industrial Brain" with a total investment of 40 million yuan was officially launched. Through the integration of industrial operating systems and industrial APP models, it installed "smart centers" for more than 160 organic silicon enterprises in Yongxiu, promoting the acceleration of industrial clusters towards high-end, intelligent, and green development.
The core value of the 'industrial brain' lies in breaking down data silos. Maihao Organic Silicon utilizes this platform to monitor key equipment on the production line in real-time, increasing the accuracy of equipment failure warning to 98% and reducing downtime by 60%; Jiangxi Haiduo has increased the turnover rate of raw material inventory by 40% and shortened the order delivery cycle to 7 days through an industrial chain data sharing platform. According to statistics, since the platform has been running for six months, the average production efficiency of Yongxiu Organic Silicon Enterprises has increased by 25%, and operating costs have decreased by 18%.
Driven by the 'industrial brain', Yongxiu's industrial ecology continues to optimize. A complete industrial chain has been formed in the park, covering more than 1600 products from silicon mining, monomer synthesis to terminal products, among which high-end electronic packaging materials, medical grade silicone and other high value-added products account for over 35%. Driven by leading enterprises such as Cabot and Blue Star Fire, 58 national high-tech enterprises and 30 provincial-level specialized, refined, and new "little giant" enterprises have gathered here, forming a "leading and supporting collaborative" geese formation model.
Technological innovation has become the core engine for cluster upgrading. The joint laboratory jointly established by Yongxiu and the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has successfully broken through the mass production technology of 8-inch silicon carbide substrates, with a yield rate of 92%, promoting a year-on-year growth of 200% in the silicon carbide business revenue of Hesheng Silicon Industry; The application of liquid silicone gel (LSR) developed by Donghua University of Technology in the field of insulin pumps has grown by 500%, breaking the foreign technology monopoly. According to the plan, by 2028, the scale of Yongxiu's organic silicon industry will exceed 50 billion yuan, with high-end products accounting for over 50%, and it will move at full speed towards the goal of becoming the "Silicon Capital of the World".
At the policy level, Jiangxi Province has issued the "Action Plan for Enhancing the Competitiveness of Chemical Industry Parks", which specifies the cultivation of 6 recognized chemical industry parks and 10 first level competitive parks by 2027, providing provincial-level strategic support for Yongxiu. With the deep integration of "industrial brain" with technologies such as 5G and artificial intelligence, Yongzheng is reconstructing the industrial logic through digitalization and seizing the high ground in the global organic silicon value chain.
