SZ) officially confirmed that its independently developed "high and low temperature impact resistant environmentally friendly silicone impregnated resin for 220 level insulation systems of nuclear power/high-speed railway motors" has been supplied in bulk to enterprises such as CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Machinery and CRRC Yongji Electric Machinery. The related products have reached the international leading level, marking a major breakthrough in the field of key infrastructure for domestically produced high-end silicone materials.


Technological breakthrough: solving the problem of material failure in extreme environments
This silicone impregnated resin is designed to meet the insulation requirements of nuclear power and high-speed rail motors in a wide temperature range of -50 ℃ to 220 ℃. Through molecular structure design, it achieves high and low temperature impact resistance, radiation resistance, and environmentally friendly halogen-free properties. Experimental data shows that its breakdown voltage strength reaches 45kV/mm, which is 60% higher than traditional epoxy resin, and the performance degradation rate is less than 5% after 100000 thermal cycles. The CRRC technical team evaluated that "this material solves the insulation failure problem of motors under extreme weather conditions and provides material support for the high-speed rail 'going global' strategy


Market application: Full scenario coverage from rail transit to clean energy
At present, the products of Gaomeng New Materials have been applied to the traction motor of the "Fuxing" high-speed train and the main pump motor of the third-generation nuclear power "Hualong One". According to calculations, using this material for a single high-speed railway motor can reduce maintenance costs by 120000 yuan and extend its lifespan to 20 years. In addition, the company is collaborating with State Grid to develop long service life composite insulators, with the goal of extending the operation and maintenance cycle of power grid equipment from 10 years to 30 years.


Industry impact: domestic substitution accelerates, import dependence drops below 30%
According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "15th Five Year Plan" for the new materials industry, the import dependence on key materials such as electronic grade silicone oil needs to be reduced to below 30% by 2030. The breakthrough of Gaomeng New Materials has set a benchmark for the industry, and its production line has passed TSMC's supply chain certification. It is expected to achieve domestic substitution of silane coupling agents for etching solutions by 2026. According to a research report by Xingye Securities, as the penetration rate of medical grade LSR in fields such as insulin pumps exceeds 500%, the market space for high-end silicone materials will expand to 300 billion yuan in the next five years. ”


Enterprise News: The Chairman of Gaomeng New Materials stated that the company plans to invest 1 billion yuan to build an intelligent material research and development center, focusing on cutting-edge fields such as shape memory silicone rubber and degradable silicone gel, and launching the "Organic Silicon+AI" innovation laboratory.
