Phenyl organosilicon materials play a key role in high-end applications such as photovoltaics, power grids, electronic packaging, special tapes, and high vacuum pump oils due to their extreme temperature resistance (-70 ° C to 300 ° C), excellent UV resistance, radiation resistance, and strong salt spray corrosion resistance. Among them, UC290 methylphenyl silicone oil is a high-performance phenyl organosilicon material developed by Kangpeng Environmental Protection Technology based on the "phenyl modified siloxane molecular design technology". This technology modifies traditional methyl silicone oil by introducing phenyl groups, combining the wide temperature range adaptability of methyl silicone oil with the high temperature and radiation resistance characteristics of phenyl silicone oil. This technology is exclusively developed by Kangpeng and pioneered domestically, successfully filling the gap in the field of high-performance diffusion pump oil in China.
In addition, UC750 diffusion pump oil is also a star product of Kangpeng Environmental Protection Technology. This product achieves high thermal oxidation stability, low viscosity coefficient, narrow boiling point range, steep vapor pressure curve, low vapor pressure at ambient temperature, and low solidification point through precise molecular structure optimization and full process process control.
