Zheng'an Organic Silicon has been deeply involved in the power industry for more than ten years, building a solid and liquid multi series product matrix covering medium and high voltage power insulation, medium and low voltage cold shrink accessories, and high voltage flame-retardant cables. Its platinum sulfide solid power adhesive (such as GA-9440) has become the preferred material for key components such as cold shrink cable accessories and high-voltage switchgear insulation supports due to its high strength, high resilience, and excellent weather resistance; Platinum sulfide system liquid adhesive (such as GA-2040D-45) is widely used in scenarios such as medium and high voltage composite insulators, transformer sheaths, etc. due to its rapid curing, UV resistance, and resistance to leakage and tracking performance, effectively reducing equipment failure rates and extending service life.

In response to the harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and mechanical friction of high-voltage cables for new energy vehicles in small spaces, Zheng'an has developed silicone rubber cable adhesive with a temperature resistance of -60 ℃ to 225 ℃, which can meet the technical needs of the industry and help the electric vehicle industry break through bottlenecks. In addition, its ceramic refractory silicone rubber can form a hard protective layer in emergency situations such as fires, maintain circuit integrity, and fight for critical time for personnel evacuation and fire rescue. In 2025, the "Performance Evaluation Method for Silicone Rubber Materials for High altitude Environmental Composite Insulators" jointly developed by more than 60 industry university research and application units, including Nanwang Ultra High Voltage Company, after three years of research and development, has been approved and implemented, filling the gap in domestic high-altitude insulator standards. In addition, the "photoinduced twin polymerization" silicone preparation technology developed by the company achieved a breakthrough at the molecular level and was nominated for the the State Technological Innovation Award.
