Ningbo Runhe High tech Materials Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced that its independently developed high viscosity low ammonia amino silicone oil (piperazine silicone oil) has officially entered mass production. Traditional amino silicone oil is prone to yellowing under light or high temperature conditions due to its high ammonia value, and the resulting film layer has insufficient toughness, resulting in limited wrinkle resistance of the fabric. Runhe Material has developed a new type of silicone oil that combines chemical stability and film-forming properties by using a special modification process to reduce the ammonia value to below 0.1mmol/g and increase the viscosity to 5000-10000mPa · s.
