As the core gathering area of the domestic organic silicon industry, Yongxiu County has formed an industrial cluster led by leading enterprises such as Blue Star Fire and Cabot, with more than 160 upstream and downstream enterprises developing in synergy. The product variety exceeds 1600, and the industrial correlation reaches 70%, earning it the title of "the capital of organic silicon".


Industrial brain drives efficiency revolution
To break through the bottleneck of traditional industrial models, Yongxiu County invested more than 40 million yuan to build Jiangxi Province's first organic silicon "industrial brain", which integrates industrial operating systems and industrial apps to achieve real-time collection and intelligent analysis of production data. This platform not only helps enterprises optimize production scheduling and reduce equipment failure rates, but also breaks down upstream and downstream information barriers through an industry chain data sharing platform. For example, Maihao Organic Silicon utilizes the "industrial brain" to monitor real-time operational data of key equipment, reducing equipment downtime by 30% and increasing production efficiency by 15%; Starfire Organic Silicon accurately predicts market demand through the platform, adjusts product structure, and increases the proportion of high-end products to 40%.


Dual wheel drive of policy and capital
Yongxiu County has established a 30 million yuan innovation incentive fund to support enterprises in jointly building joint laboratories with universities such as Zhejiang University Quzhou Research Institute, to overcome bottleneck technologies such as high-end fluorinated chemicals and silicon-based new materials. Jiujiang City has simultaneously launched a 10 billion yuan industrial investment guidance fund, focusing on supporting the upgrading of the organic silicon industry chain. The Science and Technology Department of Jiangxi Province stated that it will continue to promote deep cooperation between industry, academia, and research, and help Yongxiu build a national demonstration highland for organic silicon innovation.


Cluster effect attracts global attention
Empowered by the 'industrial brain', the cluster effect of Yongxiu's organic silicon industry has significantly increased. In 2025, the park will add 5 national level specialized and new "little giant" enterprises, 80 high-tech enterprises, and a year-on-year increase of 20% in R&D investment for industrial enterprises above designated size. International giants such as Germany's Wacker and the United States' Dow Corning have increased their investment layout in Yongxiu, and their regional brand influence continues to expand.


Yongxiu County Party Secretary Qinling said, "In the next three years, we will take the 'industrial brain' as the core, promote more than 50% of enterprises above designated size to complete digital transformation, and strive to exceed 50 billion yuan in industrial scale by 2028, becoming the innovation source of the global organic silicon industry
