It is expected to continue to grow at an average annual rate of 15% in the next three years.


Technological breakthroughs drive application expansion
The core advantage of ethyl silicone oil lies in the introduction of ethyl groups in its molecular structure. Compared to traditional methyl silicone oil, the working temperature range of ethyl silicone oil is extended to -60 ℃ to 150 ℃, and its viscosity changes less with temperature, which significantly improves its stability in extreme environments. For example, in the field of aerospace electronic equipment, a recent patent application by Shenzhen Debon Interface Materials shows that its developed thermal grease uses ethyl silicone oil as the core component, and through compounding with materials such as phenyl silicone oil and zinc oxide, successfully solves the heat dissipation problem of electronic components in space environments, with a thermal conductivity efficiency 40% higher than traditional materials.


In addition, breakthroughs have been made in the application of ethyl silicone oil in the field of lubrication.
