Behind this growth is the rapid proliferation of downstream application scenarios.
Traditionally, ethyl silicone oil has dominated classic fields such as precision instrument lubrication, rubber and plastic demolding, and electrical insulation due to its excellent properties such as a flash point exceeding 265 ℃ (open cup), working temperature range of -60 ℃ to 150 ℃, and ability to dissolve freely with mineral oil. Nowadays, two emerging fields are reshaping the industry landscape.

The formula explicitly uses ethyl silicone oil with a viscosity of 50 to 1000 mPa · s as a key component, aiming to meet the heat dissipation needs in extreme space environments.
At present, the domestic production capacity of ethyl silicone oil is mainly concentrated in Tianmen, Wuhan and other places in Hubei. Enterprises such as Hubei Jusheng Technology, Kandis Chemical, and Hubei Xinkang Pharmaceutical Chemical have large-scale supply, with product purity generally reaching over 99%, covering multiple levels such as industrial grade, pharmaceutical grade, and reagent grade. Internationally, giants such as Wacker Chemie AG and Elkem ASA still dominate the high-end market, but the process of domestic substitution is accelerating.
