In the wind power industry, ethyl silicone oil can serve as hydraulic oil for pitch control systems, adapting to temperature fluctuations ranging from -30°C to 60°C to ensure precise blade adjustment under extreme weather conditions. In semiconductor manufacturing, low-viscosity ethyl silicone oil is utilized as a dielectric fluid for high-voltage capacitors, an insulating filler for power cables, and a heat transfer medium in chip thermal management systems. Its low volatility and high dielectric strength perfectly align with the stringent cleanliness requirements of semiconductor manufacturing.
Industry insiders noted that with continuous breakthroughs in domestic silicone material technology, ethyl silicate oil will further expand its substitution potential in high-end fields such as aerospace, polar exploration, and superconducting equipment, ushering in a new growth cycle for the industry.
