IOTA‑28027 is a dual‑modified silicone oil functionalized with long‑chain alkyl and phenyl groups, available in multiple viscosity grades. Compared with conventional alkyl‑modified silicone oils, the incorporated phenyl moiety greatly improves high‑temperature resistance, wear resistance and lubricity, while generating minimal carbon residue at elevated processing temperatures.
It exhibits excellent compatibility with mineral oils, various synthetic resins and paraffin waxes. Workpieces after demolding can be directly printed, spray‑painted or embossed without interfering with subsequent coating processes. It delivers combined functions including lubrication, mold release, water repellency, plastic brightening, chemical fiber processing, hair & skin conditioning. It is suitable for high‑temperature die‑casting, metal lubrication, rubber & plastic modification, fiber spinning, personal care and other industrial conditions.
