On June 28, 2026, Aiyota New Materials Production Base located in Bengbu, Anhui officially announced the completion of the full process technology upgrade of the ethyl silicone oil production line. After the upgrade, the solidification point of the product exceeded -80 ℃, becoming one of the few domestic enterprises that can achieve large-scale production of ultra-low temperature ethyl silicone oil.


This upgrade focuses on the core optimization of the molecular polymerization process for ethyl silicone oil. By precisely regulating the molecular chain distribution of polydiethylsiloxane, the product's low-temperature lubrication resistance is further enhanced while retaining its original high flash point and low volatility characteristics. The upgraded ethyl silicone oil product can work stably in a wide temperature range of -70 ℃ to 150 ℃, with better lubrication performance than traditional dimethyl silicone oil. At the same time, it can achieve any proportion of mutual solubility with mineral lubricants, perfectly adapting to the operational needs of polar scientific research equipment and precision instruments in high-altitude regions.


According to the production manager, after the new production line is put into operation, the annual production capacity of ethyl silicone oil at the base will be increased to 12000 tons, covering a full range of grades from 18mPa · s low viscosity to 100000mPa · s high viscosity. The products are widely used in various industrial fields such as precision instrument lubrication, rubber processing plasticization, and electrical insulation infusion. This capacity upgrade will further promote the localization and substitution of domestic organic silicon special oil products, providing more stable basic material support for high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace and new energy vehicles.
